Whats the most effective way to lose weight off my hips and inner thighs?


i need to loose weight pretty fast,
At the moment im 5'3"-5'4" and im 60kgs
i want to loose about 10kgs,
i dont mind if it comes back really although im sure i will later but at the moment im not really eating, if i do eat i vomit but i am drining alot of water and i drink pepsi max every now and then... please dont lecture me PLS... if i continue this how long will it take to loose 10kgs? oh and i promise i dont have an eating disorder, i hate dieting haha oh and im not starving my self i dont feel hungry i think the pepsi max helps THANK YOU heaps :) best answer will be chosen

The best way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. Avoid alcohol and soda. Even diet colas will bloat you. Drink plenty of water, this helps burn fat. For your hips and inner thighs, the best exercise is something aerobic like Pilates. Also, you need to get your heart rate up to about 200 minus your age for 15-20 minutes, every day, for maximum fat burning. Many people will say 220 minus your age but there are some problems with this and I would not recommend it.

Now the Non-Lecture:
As a medical professional I cannot pass up adding that you you should be aware of the significant dangers of bulimia and/or anorexia nervosa. Whether or not you think you have an eating disorder, vomiting after eating and starving yourself are certainly signs of these conditions.

I don't know how quickly you wish to lose this weight, but losing 10kgs (~20lbs) in the way you are doing it depletes every organ in your body, especially your brain, of critical nutrients, and could quite possibly land you in a hospital.

Cardio is the ONLY way to lose fat from hips and thighs. I had the same problem. You can't "target" a specific area of the body. Just don't do any strength training for your legs until you have lost the fat in the area, otherwise the muscle will build up under the fat and actually make you look bigger.

Also, that pepsi max has a LOT of sodium in it, so it will make you retain water weight. You probably don't want that since it tends to hang out on the hips and stomach area...so try to just drink water and not the soda. Maybe get some water with added nutrients in it to give you energy, but just check the sodium!!!

As long as you lower the sodium and do cardio hard core you can lose 5-10lbs a week.
