Is this consistent with body dysmorphic disorder? |
I am CONSTANTLY worried about being overweight... I'm not anorexic anymore, I eat aprox 1000cal a day, which although I know is not enough, I'm trying... Now rather than losing weight by starvation I try to eat fruits and vegetables and exercise regularly... So I dont wanna read people saying I'm anorexic because I know I'm not... This is close to body dysmorphic disorder but it sounds more like anorexia and bulimia. Your boyfriend is right. If he can accept you for the way you are and look then you are half way there. He along with your Dr. can help you overcome your anxiety. ...Yeah, you still have problems. But it's good you're trying. The most important thing to remember is that you are not fat. I'm sorry that you think you are, but obviously you do, because you've been anorexic and traumatized. |

Skinny doe... Definitely, and you should go get help now before it gets worse and life becomes a living hell. Go get help now and be completely honest with them so they can stop it before it ruins your life. ... |
