ok im 5 foot 7 110 -111 pounds BMI is 17.4 ( considered underweight) but when i look into the mirror i feel so gross its like i look like im 120 i think i look fatish and its soooooo gross

is this a serious problem i mean i hate the way i look i mean i look like i weigh an extra 10 pounds to what i really am
the past 2 days i ran and burned 500 cals and ended ip eating 1500 which is wayyyyyyyyyyyy to much food!!! i try to keep it between 500- 900 calories but iv been failing miserably .,..
i never make myself throw up but its like after i eat so much ewwww i cant stand it

what do you think it is and is it serious?? Definitely, and you should go get help now before it gets worse and life becomes a living hell. Go get help now and be completely honest with them so they can stop it before it ruins your life. I'm 5 foot 5 inches and i weigh more than you, you need to have healthy curves. The mirror to me lies. My thighs look so fat in my mirror in my bedroom, but in different mirrors I look skinny. Your body needs calories. Calories are just energy for your body. You need to contain more calories or you are gonna have and eating disorder. |
