Does anyone know of any herpes simplex support groups?

This isn't regarding genital herpes, just herpes simplex... I'd like to know if anyone has any GLBT herpes simplex support sites... thanks.

Since apparently certain people can't use simple process of elimination... If I said I'm talking about Herpes Simplex and it isn't Genital, then I'm quite OBVIOUSLY talking about ORAL. So. Now let's get some REAL answers.

You are right. That does make for a sucky birthday. I am sorry that you had to hear this. Keep in mind that herpes is herpes, so whether it is genital or oral makes little difference physically. It just seems to matter socially "where" it is rather than what it is. You still need to be aware of the risks since you can pass it to another person genitally. Also remember that as many as 90% of the population has oral herpes and 25% has genital herpes. You are FAR from alone! To find someone without it is far more unusual than finding someone with it!

HSV2 = usually genital
