Lastly, it doesn't wreck your life. If it did then it wouldn't have any valid medical use - in fact diamorphine is used daily in our hospitals. The 'wrecked lives' are primarily caused by the fact that street use is illegal, and street heroin is therefore contaminated. It's also about 500% more expensive than it should be. This drives money into the hands of criminals and forces addicts to steal.

Legalize it and all those problems go away.

probably,at least my thought of the nickname is that it is a kiss(smack) of death.heroin is the worst possible drug,very bad withdrawal.painful. very painful which is why there are methadone maintenace programs to help with the withdrawal.it messes up your bones really bad. while you may have good bones now, if you dont die from a heroin overdose you will live to become older and your bones will not be thanking you for your experimentation with heroin.crack cocaine is another terrible one.not that any drugs are good for you.but research has shown crack cocaine addicts and heroin addicts have the highest failure rates at rehab.something to think about.
