Does heroin hit you right away EVERY TIME?

Is it possible, if a heroin addict was waiting for their friend to bring them a newly bought bag or something, to inject the tiny small amount that they have in the meantime and it not hit them right away? I mean, the person is a serious addict and all, so they can handle much more than that very small amount, so if they inject it, they dont always have to daze right away right? Is this possible?

As their addiction increases, they'd need more and more to get their buzz. However, most addicts are just on maintenance--not using to get high, but using so they don't get "sick."

Addicts do build a tolerance, and they are always chasing that first time high. Those who inject the drug interveinously tend to feel it quickly

It's possible. also possible that they were sold something fake. But your main problem is not getting your money's worth from your drugs - STOP TAKING DRUGS!!! God gave even you a brain and your friends too, USE IT!

Bro don't even try!! it I am dealing with opate/ alcohol addiction right now (age 25) and have been doing it for a long time. Not only can you become an addict from the first dose but it's really easy to overdose espically when you bring boose in to it. Detoxing from it is a b***h, thats a scary thing your messing with death and it will make you sicker than you have ever been. Best Wishes
