I was said to have a herniated disk in my lower back. It has gotten to the point where I can't walk.? |
If I wear a belt around my ribs and a back brace I can walk very slowly. Is this a herniated disk? Does anyone have some suggestions on how to relive the pain? I just started a new job, Im sill in orientation and I really don't want to miss another day. visit a chiropractor! obviously the medication is only covering up the pain. before you try surgery or anything drastic like that, go see a chiropractor. I'm sure there are some in your town. I would ask around to see if any friends recommend one. Just like in any profession, there are great doctors and not so great ones-but chiropractic definitely can help. |
