Anybody know any free pilate exercises for lower back pain(herniated disk)? |
I had a herniated disc in my back for 4 months.I wanted to know does anybody know any pilate exercises that I can do at home to help reduce my back pain?Is there a site I can go to to see pictures of the exercises for my lower back pain? youtube.com has a vast selection of pilates and yoga videos and some are dedicated to back strengthening. |
