what should I do, is there law suite and what would be fair? Sorry. They don't usually "repair" a herniated disk. They take it out and/or replace it with something else. Since your spinal cord runs through the middle of it, there's always a risk of being worse than you were. I'm sure you signed papers prior to your surgery that you were aware of all the risks involved. |
