Do I have a herniated disk in my lower back?

My left hip hurts the pain goes all the way down to my left foot it hurt the worries after I've been on my feet for 4 hrs or more. Plus both of my knees hurt so bad it hurt to been them.

Only an X-ray or MRI can detect if you actually have a herniated disk. You should probably go to the doctor to make sure there isn't a more serious problem at hand. If the MD doesn't find a specific cause to your pain, and can only prescribe pain medication to mask the symptom, then it might be in your best interest to see a chiropractor.

It's impossible for anyone to make a diagnosis over the internet. I wouldn't say that it's impossible, but I think it's unlikely. You're best bet would be to seek medical/chiropractic attention and see what a doctor says (I'm only a student).

Sounds like you could have a pinched nerve caused by a herniated disk. You need to get to the doctor to have it checked out. Only a doctor can diagnose it properly. I'm sure the doctor would order X-rays.

You may have a herniated disk, but only a doctor can diagnose that. My grandfather has a herniated disk and his hip hurts. Somtimes he can't stand up or sit down without being in pain. My oponion...go see ur doc!
