How do you tell the difrence in herniated disk& inflamed disk in your back.also what can you do for them? |
when i stand i cant streaten all the way up You need to first see a Doc and get him to examine your back. If he thinks it might be a herniated disc then you will need a MRI. Good Luck You see a doctor! A herniated disk is slipped from between the vertebrae, inflamed disks need anti inflamatories and some asprin. You need to go to the doctor if you can't straighten all the way up. Ask you doctor to have some xrays done then request a injection into the area that's so painful it works for me every time |
