Could pain in back be herniated disk? |
I have alot of pain in my mid to lower back and ofcourse my upper back gets stiff more like that is the muslces. However lately its my mid to lower back that feels pain, and stiffness espcecially if I am active and that means going to the store walking for a period of time, lifting, standing...etc. Back pain can be from many reasons, from muscle sprain to herniated disk to arthritis. There are too many reasons why you might have back pain. You need to see a medical doctor. Have yourself checked and make sure nothing serious is going on. |
