Good luck.

I've been suffering from the pain and numbness of DJD (and all of it's related conditions) for years now. It seems as if no doctors want to help and just end up passing the buck by sending you to other doctors.

They'll refuse to give you pain meds to adequately control your pain and then turn around and try to give you antidepressants when the pain causes depression. It doesn't make sense but that's the road you have ahead of you.

You're in for many years if not a lifetime of pain because apparently no doctors are compassionate about people with this condition.

yes ,as this will not go away

File for Social Security Disability. Also, you might want to check out this site: www.laspineinstitute.com

Stenosis is complicated by inflammation and pelvic distortion and spinal curvatures. I have seen many patients like you and have had success with many of them. I would try a combination of acupuncture (needles only) and a Chiropractic technique called DNFT or directional nonforce technique. I have done this work for years...you can find referral doctors at nonforce.com...some may be in your area.

PS using this approach you will know if it can help within a short amount of time...maybe 5-7 visits of the Chiro and acupuncture. All the best, LP
PSS I am no longer on the referral list...politics.....but they are a good group.
