Who is the BEST hernia surgeon in California?

My husband had hernia surgery about 4 months ago and now the hernia is 5 times worse than it was before. We have an apt. at the Hernia Center of Calif but was wondering if anyone out there knows of a surgeon that is really excellent with hernias. Thanks!
