Does anyone know of a good herbal medicine school preferably in the northwest united states? |
I am trying to move to portland oregon in the next year and want to expand my education into chinese or herbal medicine if anyone has any suggestions. I am open to other cities in the northwest Please "google" Naturopath or Homeopath or Acupuncture or TCM. Do not use Clayton College of Natural health. One of their accreditation's from 1996 was a fraud. In my opinion they are over rated and grossly exaggerate themselves. There is a website that reveals proper accreditation of correspondence schools but I forgot the website. There is a good College in Oregon and I think a sister campus in Canada, but I forgot its name. Those graduates find jobs at Naturopath Hospital and especially in Canada. If memory serves, the College I am referring to has a successful hire rate from the Canadian Government. try about.com they have a lot of links to that kinda of stuff. If you know a herbalist ask them about their school and then ask that school for a school to the area you are thinking about. National College of Naturopathic Medicine |
