Innovations for herbal medicine?

what useful product can we made out to the ff. herbal plants:
akapulko,sambung,ampalaya, niyog niyogan,bawang , tsaang gubat,bayabas ,ulasimang bato
lagundi ,yerba buena

and plz give the procedures how to make it

You better get the paper back from the book store; I've seen the names of the herbs u mentioned in those small books but don't know how these herbs look.

Bayabas I learned is boiled and the water is used to wash for lessions or wounds and acts like antiseptics.

Garlic (bawang) , I've seen my father-in-law add in vinegar and eat it like pickles...you might not like the smell of the mouth though. I've also seen fried garlic strips being sold in the mall; they are tasty and a good topping for rice and viands.

Where do you find these herbs anyway? I'm looking for a relief for skin asthma...can you help me find one?
