Chinese herbal medicine?

i had a acupuncture treatment and i was sold some chinese herbal talbets . do they work?

Sometime they do, sometime they don't. It really depends on what you have and how good the herbalist is. Often you won't feel many changes from the tablets. In general the herbal soups have better potency. Tables are much easier to take tough.

I had "quit" smoking acupuncture yesterday; and I had the same thing in 2001. Well, the earlier "fix" only lasted 3.5 years so I finally resorted to a second "fix". yes chinese system of medcines is very old and proven but depends who is prescribing the medicines? go to a licenced and experienced person only.
