Hepatitis A is contagious through the oral-fecal system and does go away. You can get it from eating something or having intimate contact with someone who has it.
Types B & C are contracted through sexual contact or shared needles, body fluids. It does not leave the body's system. Although, they do have some new treatments for them now.

I cannot give you the best information , but i've heard about this:the hepatitis can you 'get' from do anal sex, do sex with 2 or more people with no secure [condoms] and licking someone butt, eat something had contain or have washed by water contain dirty[someone feces]water, and food where cooked with that dirty water.
I don't know it's right or not. but what you want to it try to look the 'cleanless'[?]
sorry my english is bad, i'm indonesian.
thanks
