Hepatitis B shots?

is everyone in the united states or those entering the US, required to get hepatitis B series shots?

Health care workers and servicemen and women are required to get them. People like doctors, nurses, caretakers, firefighters, emts, police, and military are required. Outside of that- I'm not sure.
