Hepatitis vaccines are effective for what period of time?

Recently I got the first dose of vaccines for Hepatitis A and B both. I shall be getting remaining doses very soon.

Please tell for how much time will this vaccination be actually effective so that no damage is done to my liver?

The vaccine is good for life. Once you complete the series of shots you are immune. No need for titers or more shots. Now, this does not mean that if you get exposed to it that you should not be tested. Its for your protection. And remember that there is no vaccine for Hep C so if you are going into the medical field, always protect yourself. Hope this helps.
