Hepatitis a?

i made out with 5 illegal mexicans in the past week (i'm not trying to shock people, or sound like a whore, or get attention, its just rue ok). do you think i am at high risk for contracting hepatitis a? i am going to get a shot for it soon just in case. am i paranoid though?

i meant true not rue.

Hepatitis is an infection and/or inflammation of the liver, it may be bacterial or viral in nature.....and Hep A is usually transmitted via the fecal (butt) to oral (mouth) route. We see it here in Iraq because alot of the local nationals don't either wash their hands, or they eat food prepared by someone who hasn't washed their hands. You can also get it from eating raw shell fish that have been exposed to raw sewage. Best of luck to you........

yes get all the shots they will help out, but next time play it safe. And hey why don't you come talk to me Yo habla espanol, pero mi familia es son de espania.

arent u suppose to get vaccines when ur a baby for hepatitis?

I really hope you used contraception. I think you need to sit down and think about your life - where it's heading, what you want out of life & regrets.

What you done, is nothing to be proud of. Do you know how many STDs there are out there & what affect they have on your future?

Please tone done & be responsible.

Its not transmitted through saliva very well. And unless you were in a Mexican sewer or making out with them while you were in a dirty bathroom or Porta-John you have nothing to worry about.

I cant get over the 5 wow you must like a little sex huh? can I be next? for real

Wow, sweety, this is risky behavior even if there was no actual sex involved. Props to you on still being a virgin, but still you are putting yourself at risk. You are probably fine, I hope anyway, but you have to be more careful and more selective on who you make out with. There are things you can catch from just kissing. Mono, STD's such as herpes...I am not sure about hep-A. It has nothing to do with them being illegal Mexicans either. It has to do with 5 different people in a week. Respect yourself more and please be more careful. I can tell you one thing that there is no cure for and that is a bad reputation.

Sorry to tell you, there isn't a vaccine for Hep C, only Hep A and B. Hep B vaccinations are now widely give to babies and more and more schools are requiring it.

Getting vaccinated after possibly being exposed or contracting the virus isnt' going to do much for you, just as applying suncreen after you've come in from the sun isn't going to prevent you from getting burned.

The Hep A vaccine is a 2 part vaccine, with the injections being given 6 months apart. Most common side effects from the injection are localized redness, swelling, muscle pain, and sometimes a low grade fever.
