Hemorrhoids=serious answer only!?

OK if ur gonna make any stupid joke or dont know anything about it plz dont answer!
Heres the thing. ive always had a constipation problem. had a colonoscopy done 6months ago and doctors told me that i probly have ibs(but didnt answer me for sure or gave me any med for it).
i always have this pain-spams in my belly(left side)and hurts a lot, it actually lasts for few minutes then gets better, i also always have this lower abdominal discomfort-feels like a bladder infection but whenever i get this i also feel pain in my a-s, id say inside, more like a pressure inside the anus, i was checking the symptoms online and it indicates to be hemorrhoids, could it be?
bcuz i dont know if it could be hemorrhoids or one of the ibs symptoms. please if u have had hemorhoids b4 and had same symtoms as i do tell what did you do, and was it really hemorrhoids?
symptoms- belly spams,gas,gas pain, pressure inside the anus, lower abdominal pain(feels like a bladder infection).

thanks yall, i was just worried, ive bn having this abdominal pain and pressure inside my anus for 1weeks and it really hurts, also ive always bn very constipated and hurts when i go to #2(lot of sharp pain in my lower abdominal and suttimes in my anus) i have a GI doc.app. friday-hopefully i can wait till there.

your symptoms don't sound like hemorrhoid ones. that sounds like IBS. hemorrhoids are bumps just inside the anus. they can come from constipation. i would go back to the doctor. you could be experiencing IBS symptoms, but also have hemorrhoids. hemorrhoids itch and swell like crazy.

No. Hemorrhoids itch, burn and hurt like hell when you go #2, sometimes they even bleed. All of your symptoms sound like IBS. Sorry.

During your exam for the colonoscopy, the doctor should have told you if you have hemorrhoids or not. If you are still having a lot of pain, you could have mild IBS and you should be treated.
There are a lot of medications to help with GI symptoms and there is no reason for you to suffer!
Make another appointment with your doctor.

It doesn't sound like hemorrhoids, but more like gas problems. Try getting an over the counter gas reliever and see if that helps. If not, then go back to your doctor and tell him that you need help. Good luck, and I hope you feel better soon.

I discovered my hemorrhoid through a doctor. He said "oh, you have a hemorrhoid" during an exam (I'm a girl). I never saw it in a mirror or felt it or any discomfort. Probably about a year and a half later, I experienced some itching and minor burning when I pooped. It went away pretty quickly. Now it is about 6 years later, and though it rarely bothers me, it will sometimes show if it's inflamed. (like I felt it when I wipe and I peeked in a mirror I saw the little protrusion.)

If you are female, ask at your next exam. If you are male.....take a deep breath and ask at your next exam. It's no big deal to the doctor.

it sounds more like IBS and you need to be on a high fiber diet and stay away from things that aggravate it,lettuce is one of them,you do get hemmoroids on the inside,again a high fiber diet will help with that also

Well, I've had something similar from time to time. If I develop the need to have a BM during the night, sometimes I will get a spasm in my anus, causing me enough pain to make me get out of bed and into the bathroom (and that's hard to do). After I relieve the pressure, the spasm goes away, and I don't have hemorrhoids. Now, my situation is different than yours. I don't have a problem with constipation; I don't have IB (although I was told I had a spastic left colon about 20 years ago - hopefully I don't anymore); the last time I had hemorroids was also 20 years ago. I think hemorrhoids are more likely to occur if your have stress in your bowel (IB or spastic colon) because I have learned that hemorroids are often caused by excess clenching of the anus - blocking the blood flow and sending it the wrong way.
But mostly I think you should go back to the doctors, grab them by the front of their little white coats, and make them give you the rest of the story. Give you an answer for sure and give you treatment options.

have u been under a lot of stress ? do u know ur blood type ? u may have an intollerance to certains foods that u eat try cutting out things and see if u have any improvement
