Hemorrhoids or swollen glands?

I have always had problems with hemorrhoids since the birth of my kids. However a while back ago I discovered a swollen line in a perfect "line form" coming from my anus that is about an inch long that is painful at times and will not go away. Now two days ago I have developed another one on the other side that is bigger and very painful. I'm very confused if this is hemorrhoids or swollen glands or something else. I also just developed a lump in the right side of my neck just below my ear. Although I really dont know if that has anything to do with my other problem or not, but I really don't want to go to the doctor because of embarrassment. However, I really need to find out what this could be. Please help! Any suggestions?

ok thanks! I just never knew hemorrhoids could be in a "line " form. I always thought they were more bumps/circles????

They probably are just hemorrhoids in line. They're on line now as well!

Swollen glands is the probability. HOWEVER, diagnosing on the internet is not possible. So, don't be embarrassed. We see butts all the time, sometimes they run in 3's... (smile) but you could have something as serious as a lympoma or an abcess or a lymph infection or just plain old everyday lumps and bumps.

The swellings you have on your butt are most likely to be hemorrhoids. They can become very painful if they thrombose, but they will not do you any great harm.

The lump in your neck is not related to your other problem.

Go and see your doctor. He or she will have seen many, many butts and will not be bothered by yours.

Most probably is hemorrhoid, however, visit your doctor to be 100 % sure.

Ouch! Let's get that out of the way first. Second please do not take your health into your own hands or let anything go untreated due to embarrassment.
The lump in your neck sounds like a lymph node and swell when your body is fighting an infection in that region. So, take yourself to the doctor and have them take take a peek at your bum...they can help you to get rid of them if neccessary.
