Hemorrhoids at the age of 22? |
I'm 22 and have hemorrhoids. (Probably genetic, my dad had them, too) That thing, vein, just comes out when I poo and goes back in a little while later (I get help from those hemorrhoid creams after I'm done in the toilet). Exercise isn't helping to remove the hemorrhoid, it's helping with blood stream, which is also good. Light running for 15-20 minutes a day is great to boost the blood stream. No exercise will help you,,,,but a better diet so you go softer yes.....Hemorrhoids are usually caused by constipation. If you eat a lot of fiber, you will see the difference almost instantly.Good luck |
