Can anal hemorrhoids cause pressure/irritation in the vaginal area if they are bad enough? It hurts in both!?

I've been suffering with hemorrhoids for awhile as well as unexplained vaginal burning. The gynos dont know what to do. But I swear, when the hemorrhoids are inflamed, vaginally I feel worse too. Can the two be related??? Help!!

yes, the best thing to do is use hemorrhoid cream (on anal area) to shrink swelling, this will help reduce discomfort in both areas- one pushes against the nerve of the other causing soreness, burning, itching etc..
Purchase some moist towelettes and use them after bowel movements, dry with tissue paper, apply the hemorrhoid cream. If this does not help vagina area after a few days, it may have triggered a yeast infection which of course there are creams for this as well.

If vaginal infections have been ruled out, try putting an ice pack wrapped in a washcloth or other small piece of cloth over the sore areas.

While I haven't heard of hemorrhoid irritation and vaginal burning being related, anything is possible. You may need to contact a hemmorhoid treatment center to get answers. Good luck!
