Pregnancy Hemorrhoids?

I had twins last year and haven't had much of a problem with hemorrhoids since. The other morning we had anal and ever since I have had a painful case of hemorrhoids...I have proctocotizone (spelling?) and Tucks but it's not getting any better and it's been since Friday morning....

I am pregnant so I don't know if it's that or the anal, either way, It's embarrasing to go to the Dr. for.

It could be from either the anal sex or the pregnancy. They are a common thing for a lot of women during pregnancy and also can occur from anal sex. It's most likely a combination of both, as you've never had any problems with either before. If you've tried the over-the-counter treatments and none have brought you any relief, you should go to the doctor's. Gynocologists deal with things like that all day every day, I know it's still an embarassing thing to talk about but you don't want to keep going on in pain! Maybe you should stay away from anal sex until you figure it out.

Try using some prepration H and see if that helps. It could be both of the things combined. I am pregnant too, and won't have anal because the blood vessels in there are all swollen form being pregnant. There for will cause really bad hemorrhoids, I know I did once like a couple months ago then asked the doctor about it. She said that it can cause more problems then just hemorrhoids while being pregnant.
