Hemorrhoids for a healthy 27 female?

For the past 2 months, it has been painful to poop. I am a 27 year old female, not pregnant, runs 5-6 miles a day, normal diet. Nothing has changed recently, so I'm not sure why I'm having this problem. I poop everyday (normal for me) and it's so painful now! Sometimes, there will be a small amount of redness on my toilet paper. My mom thought I might have hemorrhoids. Any insights???

It looks like hemorrhoid. I still suggest you visit a doctor to be sure. I was suffering from hemorrhoids for many years, tried all kind of medications and finally got rid with Rue Care Oil. Hemorrhoids are caused by many things not just constipation and pregnancy - overweight, overeating, heavy lifting, sitting or standing for extended period of time, vitamin B6 deficiency, fatigue liver, genetic predisposition to weak veins, acid/alkaline imbalance (body pH causing weak veins).

This is a very delicate area to discuss so I apologize now if I offend...

It could be hemorrhoids which is more likely if you have a history of pregnancy, chronic constipation or liver cirrhosis with complication high blood pressure of the liver's vessels. At your age and given the history of regular daily bowel movements you also have to consider other causes.

Do you participate in anal play? Have you had any really a really horrific yeast infections recently? You could have a rectal abscess (area of pocketed pus) due to trauma and introduction of bacterial into what is supposed to be sterile areas (the tissue under the top layer of skin). If notice any fever or unusual fatigue you may want to consider going to your Gyne for a quick exam.
Either way it won't hurt to get an official diagnosis.
