Yet another hemophilia question.?

With hemophilia, I get spontaneous bleeds in my right elbow for almost no apparent reason. I'm protective of my right elbow, and always put my left elbow in front in situations where my right elbow could get hurt (for instance, when people have a chance of walking/running into me).

Despite my left elbow being hit so many times, it stays strong and doesn't get a bleed whatsoever, while my right elbow gets internal bleeds for no reason at all.

Basically what I'd like to know is, how can I decrease the frequency of bleeds in my right elbow, so that even if something hurts it (for instance when people run into it), it doesn't get a bleed?

I have hemophilia A.
