If you had hemophilia would you still consider having kids?

Any reasons in particular?

The gene that causes Hemophilia A & B is located on the X chromosome. If I had hemophilia, I'd most likely be a man (which I'm not) and I would be unable to pass this on. Hemophilia C can be passed on to both boys and girls by either the mother or the father but follows an inheritance pattern different from that of Hemophilia A & B. Therefore, it would be possible to have a child even though I, myself, had hemophilia and not transmit the gene.
