What body system does hemophilia take place in? clotting factors ,they are present in the serum and produced from mostly the liver ,deficiency in factor 8 type a ,factor 9 type b,factor 11 type c,90% are type a haemophilia ,and the genetic structure for protein synthesis(clotting factor) isnt there,its an x -linked disease It is a blood disorder. The body doesn't produce enough Platelets which are what causes it to clot. Hemophilia is a blood disorder. My mother has it. The bones. All blood cells are formed in the bone marrow. |
