Does having Hemochromatosis possibly have anything with me also having Keinbock's disease?

Keinnbock's disease is rare and the cause is unknown. Some predisposing factors are:
1. difference in arm bone lengths
2. abnormal blood supply (born with only one vessel to the lunate...multiple vessels are normally present)
3. frequent repetative movements
4. trauma to the lunate
5. clotting abnormalities

Hemochromatosis is an overload of iron. The body stores and absorbs too much iron.

The two diseases are unrelated and no, one will not cause the other.
