I have Hemochromatosis...a port does not work has anyone had this problem? |
Does anyone have any other suggestion? I'm afraid to try chelation as I am allergic to so many things, what else can I try? I am a woman and have been in menapaus for four years, my veins are too small to have phlebotomies and I am seeing several doctors who don't seem to know what to do about my small vein problem. My cousin has it and they take blood from him monthly. http://health.yahoo.com/ency/healthwise/... If you are male, you are greater risk for liver damage then females. The treatment is bleeding on a regular basis. It should be done at a hospital. If you are a woman, the menstrual cycle will help your body to +/- treat itself. Talk to a doctor. |
