I took antibiotics for two weeks for Helicobacter Pylori?


QUESTION IS: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT? WILL I STILL GET ACID REFLUX AFTER THE COURSE IS OVER OR WILL I GET BETTER? I NEVER USED TO HAVE ACID REFLUX BEFORE THE HELICOBACTER ENTERED MY SYSTEM! Please help....i'm scared to eat!
