Is a stool test for helicobacter pylori more accurate than any other test? |
Because I don't know why the hell my doctor wants me to **** in a cup instead of just ordering a blood or breath test. Is it more accurate or something? I had over 9 vials of blood drawn the other day to test for everything from thyroid problems to mono to anemia, all just because I'm having acid reflux AFTER I WAS ON SUPER HIGH DOSES OF PREDNISONE! Uh, hello! Could that be the cause?!!?!?! *rolls eyes* I KNOW that I don't have ulcers caused by the helicobacter pylori, as does she, but she's just being a ******* douche bag. I found a link for you that describes all the tests. |
