Treatement of helicobacter pylori?

i discovered an upper cervical lymph node now for 2 month which is some time painful and not fixed

In patients who are asymptomatic, treatment is not usually recommended.

In gastric ulcer patients where H. pylori is detected, normal procedure is eradication to allow the ulcer to heal. However, there are a great number of things that can lead to an enlarged cervical lymph node, some of which are worrying and some of which are not so worrisome eg. H pylori.

You should see a doctor and have someone with the proper expertise evaluate you and exclude another more sinister cause for your problems.
