I took the antibiotics treatment for helicobacter pylori but it didnt work,can it be cured 100% erradicated?

We are going thru the same thing here. It can be cured , but in rare cases it can take a long time. My step mom took 18 months and my husband so far its been about 10 and still no cure in sight.. The worse part is all the meds, as sick as that makes you, you would think it would be killing it. Don't give up and it can be cured. Good luck

Absolutely - unforunately there's a fail rate of about 10-15% - possibly because of a resistant strain, or because the antibiotics course wasn't long enough.

Another course using different antibiotics should do the trick - and maybe you'll need stronger acid reduction.

You can get infected with it again unfortunately, most of the population eventually gets it. But at least the ulcer will have time to heal.
