Have you had Helicobacter pylori bacteria and stomach ulcers? |
I have been told i have had the bacteria as i have the antibodies, the doctors are not sure if I still have the bacteria, they are investigating. Does this mean I am cetain to develop a stomach ulcer? What would happen to me then? I'm only 25 years old. H.pylori is a risk factor for GI ulcer ,,,the most numebr of them are in deodenom not in stomach ...its the low number of stomach ulcer cused by H.pylori....i wonder how ur doc is not sure u have it yet or not.....with they will catch a iopsy and they will see u have the bactro or not if u have the treatment is 2 weak treatment by 4 different medicament after that they can test again with breathing usease if thats + then u still have the bactria and have to catch another period treatment if not then u treated...... an ulcer is not definite - but they are caused by that bacteria |
