How do you wrap an achillas heel injury? Use an Ace bandage--any drug store will have them. There really is only one way to keep it wrapped. Use a an ACE bandage to keep it tight or you can buy splints to put on the sides to keep it tight and steardy. When I had an injury like this I had to ice it all the time and stretch it. That was the remedy for me. Use an Ace bandage and wrap in a figure-8 to help immobilize the foot. |
