Is there any injuries you can think of that involve your knee and your heel? first off are you a runner? there are many things it could be: pulled tendons or ligaments, shin splints, plantar fasciitis. you also can have pain in both, without noticing any injuries or anything. those pain and aches can be from tight muscles. Both tibia and fibula fractures involve your knee and your heel since both bones connect to both joints. medial meniscus tear, patellar tendonitis, patellar subluxation, patellar tendon rupture - and this is just the knee. plantar fasciitis is commonly associated with heel pain.... |
