I have heel pain, and I cant figure out what it is.? |
I have pain when walking, and it is very difficult to do so. I don't experience pain in tendons or ligaments, and it is not a sprained ankle. I know it is not plantar fasciitis or heel spur. When the sides of my heel are compressed I experience pain, basically. What ever it is, will be benefited by soaking your foot in warm Epsom salt daily. when i was about 13, i also had heel pain. |
