I have heel pain, and I cant figure out what it is.?

I have pain when walking, and it is very difficult to do so. I don't experience pain in tendons or ligaments, and it is not a sprained ankle. I know it is not plantar fasciitis or heel spur. When the sides of my heel are compressed I experience pain, basically.

I saw a doc today and I had an X-ray done, there is no apparent fracture in my hell. He said that it was a bruise, but my foot certainly doesnt look bruised.

There is a slight swelling at the outer side of my heel also.

What on earth is wrong with my foot?

(Injury incurred while bailing on a skateboard)

What ever it is, will be benefited by soaking your foot in warm Epsom salt daily.

when i was about 13, i also had heel pain.
it would hurt just walking on it.
i went to my doctor and he said it was seavers disease.
my little brother developed the same thing around that age.

if you're a teen, apparantly it's common.

your problem sounded like what i had so i hope this helped!
