My left heel is paining; no injury & no swelling. What is the reason & what is the remedy?

My Uric acid was checked and found to be within limits.

put a magnet off your fridge on the heel, could just be a muscle spasm, the magnet will draw the pain off fast.

Could be tendonitis or muscle sprain/strain. See an orthopedist.

you may have heels spurs- or fascitis. See a podiatrist. What helps also is wearing padded shoes with a low heel. no flats

It could a heel spur, calicum deposits can cause it.See doctor they dont go away by theirself.

u probably put more pressure one that one while u r standing.. and sometimes shoes also matter.. u should get nice and comfortable shoes

you may have what is known as a stone bruise...that is you could have stepped on something or bumped it without even realizing it and now you have pain with no actual sign of injury....i get these all the time.... it is defined as
"stone bruise" a bruise on the sole or heel of the foot, caused by walking on or striking against a small stone or other hard object.
will go away in a couple of days but a pain in the butt til then

YOU PROABLEY HAVE A HEEL SPUR. YOU CAN GO TO A FOOT DR AND THEY CAN GIVE YOU CORTIZONE SHOTS TO HELP.
