Open wound on heel?

During football (two-a-days) i cut the heels of my feet up real bad and its getting down to the bone on both heels about the size of a golf ball for each wound what are some ways i can still work around this where my cleets wont further injury and i can still run full speed

If your accurately describing your condition, that you have open wounds that are nearly down to the bone and they're that big, you need to go to the emergency room. You need medical treatment like yesterday. You could get a serious infection, and if it's as bad as you say, maybe even skin grafts. Go to the ER right freaking now.
