Why when I'm just sittin around, I feel the inflammation in my heel, but when I play basketball, its not there |
About 3 weeks ago I injured my heel playin basketball. The X-Ray said it wasn't broken. So I'm assuming its bruised. It hurts to put pressure on it (like when I wake up), but when I play light basketball (even though I'm not supposed to), its like the injury is healed. Can anyone explain this? Thanks Adrenaline and Hormones. When we do things we enjoy, the happy hormone kicks in and we feel no pain. That is why they state: 'Laughter is the Best Medicine'. Best of luck |
