Weight lifting sport injury? legs stuck in fetal positron?

A few years back i had a sport injury to my legs. I never ever found out what it was an today i am wondering what it was called and any other information regarding it.

The injury came the morning after a hard weight lifting work out on my legs. When i woke up in the morning my legs where seized in the fetal position, hard as rocks and i could not even budge them if i wanted to. They slowly opened up after 5 days. The first 2 days i had to drag myself on the ground with my arms. Day 3 i walked on my tippy toes and swung my legs at the hip as my legs where still sized at a 45. Day 5 i could walk in a converted pair of shoes to act as high heels. Any one know anything about this type of injury.

thanks

FYI - My legs are fine now, and also when i went into gym following week my legs were able to lift near 2 times the amount of weight as they could before the injury

Have you thought of maybe a spinal injury? sounds like the nerves arnt sending the right signals to your brain...i would for sure if y ou cant take your self get someone to take you to the Doctor in the morning...You would hate it to be something that could leave you like that for the rest of your life...something to think about...good luck

Day 6 - See a doctor

Day 8 - See a Sports Psychologist
