Revised- PLEASE HELP, I Hurt my knee but dont know what i did, please help me figure out whats wrong? |
Just over a week ago, I was skateboarding, and when i landed I came down into the normal crouch on the board, but my left leg slid of and from the bent position, twisted behind me. I immediately felt pain in the back and lateral area of my knee, went home and iced it on and off. Within a few days it felt a lot better, but now instead of improving it is at the same stage. Walking and all normal motion are fine, i dont even notice the injury, but if I go to pull my heel to the same side buttock, or if i squat my butt to my heels, i feel pain behind the knee on the lateral side. Pain is not unbearable but I dont know when i should return to skating/basketball while i still feel this. Also, sometimes once i have stretched or tried pulling my heel to my butt a few times already, eventually i can do it without noticing the injury, but i think this is because I have adjusted to the little pain. PLEASE help me with any info please consult your doctor / preferably bone specialist |
