Should I see a doctor? Pain in my right foot.?

Whenever I walk or run, my right heel hurts. I touched the bone right above my heel, and I got a pang of pain, so I assumed I had a bruise there, and maybe my shoes kept bumping against the bruise when I walk, hence the pain.

But yesterday, my friend told me I probably had a tender heel, and that I should see a doctor. She also told me to wear an Ace bandage, which I am right now.

As for the reason to why I got this pain, I think it is from the sports I've been doing. I'm on my school's track team, so since school was out for the summer, I had been lazing about for the holidays. On Monday, we started back on sports, and we ran a mile in track. I think that because I took a long break from running, and I started back so quickly, my foot was surprised or something.

I didn't see a doctor because I didn't want to pay a lot, since my injury might be a minor thing. However, it's been hurting for a week, so I'm starting to change my mind. Advice?

u need to see a doctor b4 ur injury turns permanent

Get one of these at a local sporting goods store. It worked wonders for me during basketball season:

Sounds like you have a bone spur.if that be the case you will need to see a pediotrist.

If there is no improvement see the Doctor.

Your feet have near 25% of the bones in your body and are you dynamic support. Foot injury can effect the other parts of your body , knees, back, other foot, even your neck and head. Neglect can be more costly.

Try a podiatric medicine school near you to defray cost.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
