How can I get rid of this pain? |
It is pain in the back of my thighs. It is always there.Never goes away.I am very active, always have been.It isnt injury from being active.I need to know if it might be a circulatory issue.Could this pain be related to pain in my feet as well?If I am on my feet alot(which I always am)they will swell along the outside and on the bottoms and are very very painful just in front of the heel.I am 36-female-two kids.I take no medication.Multi-vitamins and calcium-magnesium supplements everyday.I drink a gallon of water everyday as well. And still this pain persists.Help me with answers.Prefer herbal or all natural remedies. put some salt in warm water and stay there for some time...try it now... Have you tried yoga or getting massages? You might consider accupuncture; its really not painful at all, is natural, and can be highly effective. I had pain on the back of one thigh and found out I had a bone tumor (benign). It's advisable to have a doctor check out the problem. The two are more than likely related and are probably due to poor circulation and other factors. I would suggest consulting an acupuncturist, particularly one certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology. Acupuncture is the most effective modality for treating pain and related conditions. You can find a certified acupuncturist in your local area by going to the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) website - http://www.nccaom.org/find.htm |
