Injury...?

My heel is hurting me pretty bad and it aint a stone bruise... I don't know what it is for sure, but I was working out and then I went outside to run and do agility and when I did a sprint my heel started killing me.. I have a game tomorrow .. what can i do to help

iim not gonna miss the game !!!!!!!! if we lose its our last .. a game is more important than just being in a lil pain .. stop tellin me not to play .. i can play hurt .. i jus wanna know treatments...

Take some advil, and apply heat for twenty minutes followed with a cold pack for twenty minutes, do this for a few hours, it helps the pain and inflamation. Take the advil, motrin as directed and be very careful playing tomorrow you could make it much worse. If you can get yourself a Dr. Scholls jel pad for your heels and wear them. When the game is ove go and see a Dr and see what he recommends as well. If it was me I wouldn't play tomorrow, but I understand how important your games can be so good luck, hope you all win. and don't mess with this as it can worsen. Good luck

Plantar fascitis?
Heel spur?

Do yourself a favor and go get an x-ray. You could have a fracture and if not treated properly you'll end up paying a higher price than missing a game tomorrow. Sunday night I dropped a drawer on my foot, just thought I bruised it but it hurt so bad today I got an x-ray. It's a severe fracture and now I may have to have a pin. Good luck and go get an x-ray.

Keep off your feet and put ice on your heel. Tomorrow you will have to see how it feels and then determine whether you need to see your MD. If it continues to hurt it would be best not to play.
Your coach may be able to wrap it and get you thru the game if you really feel you have to play. However it may take longer to heal if you don't take care of it. Good Luck!
