Ha i got an injury like two years ago and i was just wondering....?? |
okayy so i was at soccer practice a few years ago and my right heel started to hurt a lot. i didnt know what happened to it, because throughout the whole practice i felt no pain, and i dont remember hurting it. but seriously it hurt for like 3 monthes STRAIGHT! i could barely walk thats how bad it hurt. what do you think i could've done to it? pulled the tendon? (thats what mainly hurt) haha i know it happened so long ago but i was always wondering what i did to it! ***and yes it is fine now i didnt seek medical help but there's nothing wrong with it as far as i'm concerned. you could have pulled a ligiment, of some how injured your akeeli's heel. well, i pulled ligiment in my shoulder from playing goalie, it hurt like h*** Tendonitis. You over worked the tendon and the tendon sheath got inflamed. If it happens again get a lower leg brace that imobilizes the ankle. It usually gets better in a couple weeks. |
