Heartburn???

What is it and how do you make it go away?

Heart burn is when the acid in your stomach backs up into your esophagus. Now the best way to get rid of it is NOT antacids. Try digestive enzymes instead. they are available in your local herb shop. My favorite is Super Digestaway. Take them before meals and no more heart burn.
Also any food high in acid such as tomatoes or citrus can cause it if you have a sensitive stomach. Or an allergy to certain foods. Mine is wheat.

take mylanta or maalox . If it's severe & frequent go see a dr It may be GERD & you may need a RX

I found this http://sivu.at/8983 article it should answer your question it has some good information on heartburn remedies etc.
